Que sera del Guild??

Me da mucha pena comentar esto, pero no me lo puedo guardar.
Anoche me senti que jugaba con una guild de nenes y no me refiero precisamente a la edad... Esta bien establecido que yo ya soy mayorcita.

Señores/as/itos/itas,
Si a usted lo castigan por un error, piense que hay otras 24 personas dedicando su tiempo al progreso y considere apelar luego del raid.... que los gp son reversibles. Apelar es un derecho humano, pero el respeto al tiempo de juego de los demas tambien debe serlo.
Tambien consideren que hay otros 48 oidos muy probablemente con headset, y todavia no he visto ningun estudio decente que diga que gritar, mejora el desempeño personal. Como dice Ubiera, me da mucha pena si ofendo, pero no quiero seguir en esta zozobra de vida. Hay que pensar que sin guild no hay progreso.

Disfruto mucho jugar Wow con uds, sobretodo los 10 man, POR FAVOR; POR FAVOR sigamos disfrutando el tiempo juntos y construyamos para CATA... que al paso que vamos no va a haber guild para la expansion.

Pues yo la verdad no se a que te refieres zofy, no se si no entendí, pero pues ayer no escuche que castigaran a nadie por un error, ya que los wipes en Putri lo que causaron fue que Ubiera se estresara, pero no vi en ningun momento que se dijeran nombres, so, no se a quienes castigaron, o si alegaron por ser castigados

Igual, es algo que ha venido pasando siempre que se empieza a wipear en masa. Nos paso la semana pasada con marrow hero y con sindragosa, y esta semana lo repetimos pero con el profesor. No creo que por eso nos vayamos a quedar sin guild. Probablemente se vayan algunos players, ya sea por kick o por decision propia, pero no creo que al punto de quedarnos sin guild.

Igual es mi opinión, no se que piensen los demas. Me concentre tanto en curar mas que Ubiera que probablemente no puse atención a los castigos xD.

First, I think than everybody is a little tired about ICC, I mean, we do it about an year, I'm happy to do it, make guild progress but i guess than guild activity will be better when cataclysm show up.

About our wipes, every guild have this problems, someday yor are just without focus, thinking in your life your problems, I don't know... sometimes without a cause you just fuck it all.

We must think like a team, example of me, I having trouble we blood queen bit, so try to dont bit me first, the rest of team make de dps is necessary, and if someone else need my help to cover him dps at another fight I will be there, this is a team felling, because have bosses I do 15k dps and others I do 6k... so its not about who mades more dps, the point is kill the boss wherever what happens. (we have to admit than 90% wipes are caused by our group, "dps"...)
So... If you not doing a good dps because the type of fight at other boss, don't worry, the team are there, and if we kill the boss, i'm certanly than ubiera dont cares who makes 20k or 5k, remember, we are a team. (ps. competitive its always good)

Something important to me now, everybody at VIP have abour 5800-6100 gearscore, so someone could not do 5k dps more than you, something are wrong if this difference always be like that. (respecting the easier fights for some classes and players), your have to study your class, your rotation, because every class at wow should be balance, I know than rogues make more dps, but with the same gear could not make 5k more then you. The other point to me is than sometimes I afraid to said something to cause ubiera's enrage, i agree than raid leader must be hard to remain control of raid, but i disagree for example than we can talk when we are fighting, i mean if we can do this ordenally form, probally could avoid some wipes, without screaming and always respecting the others players.

I always say that...
Mb someone is not a big dpser but that person is loyal, constant, always nice and won't stand in the fire...
Theres a lot more to be considered than a number in a fail addon....
Some things are harder to find than a huge dps number.
For sure, a huge dps number is always as nice as the icing in a cake... hehe..
